Following a successful tender process, this high specification fit-out of this 3rd floor office in Knightsbridge required stringent advanced planning to ensure that it was completed on time within the constraints of limited access and delivery times.

Working with the incoming landlord, who occupied the adjacent building, Pexhurst had to ensure that the project ran on exact timings and to plan.

The project was specified to the highest of standards with bespoke joinery manufactured in-house by the Pexhurst team. The addition of new shower and washroom facilities, ceilings and partitioning was enhanced with the addition of scene-setting intelligent lighting, providing a subtle ambience to the completed interior.

Pexhurst planned and oversaw all works including the installation of mechanical and electrical services, creating a finished office that met the high specification demands of the
client but which also completed on time despite the access restriction.
