As part of an ongoing programme of refurbishment. Pexhurst was contracted to provide a complete range of services to NHS Camden within the Ground Floor of the West Wing of St Pancras Hospital. This wing was occupied by the Occupational Health Department of the hospital and required a complete refurbishment whilst other departments on the floor were still operational.

Removal of redundant partitions, erection of new glass partitions and redecoration throughout helped to reinvigorate the department, making it a pleasant space for both staff and patients.

The project also involved the renewal of electrical and mechanical services, renewal of the floor finishes, injection of a damp proof course and the building of new sanitary accommodations and shower facilities, and all whilst the other departments on the ground floor continued with their day to day treatment of patients.

The management of the project was Pexhurst's professional approach to this type of work meant that disruption was kept to a minimum and the project was completed on time
and on budget.
