Working to refurbish an industrial warehouse and office unit to meet a dilapidations schedule required a quality finish but within tight budgetary constraints.

In consultation with the client and landlord, Pexhurst managed the refurbishment of the warehouse and the offices to the required standard, meeting the schedule of agreed works. This included the removal of the existing office and warehouse back to the base build and the construction of a new interior.

All warehouse heating had to be removed and refitted as well as repairs to the roof, removal of the undercroft area and repairs to the external cladding.

The interior refurbishment included the creation of new offices with suspended ceilings and lighting, new flooring and complete decoration of the building throughout, resulting in
a property ready to be returned to the landlord and available to an
incoming tenant.
