This old and dilapidated warehouse needed a complete refurbishment to bring it up to the standards expected by new occupiers. The project included the stripping-out of the existing internal structure, building services works and the safe removal of asbestos.

Partitioning at the ground floor level and a mezzanine floor were removed to open up the warehouse space and a new epoxy floor was laid to complete the warehouse are of building. The upstairs offices were also completely refurbished with a new suspended ceiling, decorating and new carpets.

The resurfacing of the car park completed the project and Pexhurst handed over
a modern, brighter and more usable industrial unit that offered a flexibility
of space and attractive office facilities.
