Following a competitive tender process, Pexhurst completed the upgrading and refurbishment of a range of services and accommodations at the Beamont Animals' Hospital, London.

Originally opened in 1932, this established animal hospital is part of the Royal Veterinary College Estates and provides valuable care to animals in the North London area.

In this very sensitive and clinical environment, a full upgrade of mechanical and electrical services was required across x-ray and operating theatres, animal treatment rooms and other areas to improve the hospital facilities.

Additional student accommodation was also required in this prestigious teaching hospital, converting a loft into new boarding accommodation to suit the student's needs,
including new bathrooms and kitchen facilities.
