The refurbishment and fit-out of this prestigious Grade 2 listed office building for Adam & Company required meticulous planning to ensure minimal disruption to building usres and delivery of the project within the tight fifteen week deadline.

Working closely with the listing officer to ensure compliance, the Pexhurst team was able to construct the entire joinery package in-house to listing specifications. Access was restricted to the common parts of the building due to the ongoing use of other tenants and as thus all the mechanical plant machinery had to be flat packed and transported to the roof of building where it cause minimal disruption.

The project included the upgrade of all common parts including the reception area, lift, lobbies and toilets. The installation of specialist security systems and the removal and reinstatement of bank safes was also required in a building steeped in history. Ensuring that all works
were completed within the limited timescales and to the highest standards of
both the client and the listing officer.
